Call the Governor veto HB161 repeal

I called the governor's office this morning (406 444-3111) and was on hold for only a minute before talking with a person (not Brian Schweitzer himself) and told her I want a veto on HB161.
The final senate vote is this afternoon. If passed, it goes to the Governor.

Furthermore, HB0161 repeals the entire existing law. MCA 50-46-201 (7) and MCA 50-46-202 NEED to remain to protect the people. These sections cover probable cause and release of confidential information.

I am a legal user. On July 1, 2011 I, along with 28,000 others, will become a felon if I manage my own health care.

I do not want to become a felon simply because I want relief from my constant pain. I do not want to move away from Montana because 29 people decided to manage my healthcare for me and say I am not allowed relief.

Last year the pay day loan business was closed down. This year MMJ (it's in BusinessWeek already). next year dairy? wheat? car dealers? beer and cigarettes? Will we be able to have a business in Montana without worrying about if it will be made illegal?

Call the Governor veto HB161 repeal

28 repeal, 22 no repeal. Now the Governor gets to veto or sign (ok, he can just let it go auto in 10 days, or send it back for more work)
    CALL HIS OFFICE!!!
