no......it's really unpotent weed....may have been a weak plant may have not been taken care of right.....the main reason it ends up being so shitty is because inorder to make it seem more worth you're money they put in a bunch of seeds and stems.....hardly ever any buds involved......usuallly a bunch of scraps....just the right mixture to be able to get you high but make the most money off it......chronic usually means really potent weed....usually in buds or nugs very few stems if any, some crystalls on it and only stem if any is the one that belongs to the bud...

"chronic" is an actual strain (appeared around 92, i think), although many people refer to any kind buds as "chronic"..

I think people in the US get the whole bud/chronic thing mixed up... in Europe, where all the best weed is situated, mainly because of Dam, Chronic is just on type of bud, just like purple haze, silver haze, blueberr, bubblegum etc etc

um, around here shwag is soil grown and dro is hydroponically grown and i get 5 grams of shwag for 5 bucks and it dosent ususally have but 5 seeds in 5 grams and not many stems...
