yesterday was a real hoot! headies and vapor bags and wax hits everywhere!! loved it! i saw a delta 9 tek, but not delta 9 caregivers. i did see one representation of bruce banner #3 on the tables, but it wasn't Jason behind the desk.
going back today, hope i remember where i parked......

saturday was crazy good...watch the ear wax as it put me down for about 3 hours...going back today about 2 or so...hopefully the lines will not be that long again.

My boy Corey from Mile High Green cross won both his entrys, sour grape in the hybrid category and banana kush in the indica! Both are excellent..you have to try them.

I went to the cup this weekend and saw that these guys won. I just went and picked up a gram of each out of curiosity. I have to say that I am not too impressed.

the sour grape is alright, but IMHO strains with diesel in them should be super-funky and stanky and this just wasn't. The smoke was fairly flavorless and the high only lasted an hour. WTF. High Times, I am disappointed.

The banana kush was a little better, at least the high was strong, but in the flavor and smell category, I have seen, smoked, and smelled better around denver.

It seems like the judging wasn't too scientific.

One of the edibles judges said during the ceremony that she ran a half-marathon on one of the edibles she was supposed to be judging. Seems like you should give it a bit more focus than that when you are collecting edibles from all over the state along with a bunch of money.

Even people who weren't judges were smoking the strains which makes me think that High Times threw the event just to fill up their head stash.

Pretty disappointed over all.

Whatever the High Time judges think, I have had better strains that I know were entered into the cup.

I am really surprised that D9's banner was overlooked...thats some pretty good medicine if I do say so myself..

It goes to whomever gives them the most medicine/money.

I have been hearing poor reviews from a lot of people that went. Poor venue, average meds, etc. We don't need a High Times spotlight right now with the assault that is happening by the government.
