Thanks. With gatorade the SP will always be up? So no such thing as dilution, you think? I've been taking creatine like crazy the past few days but don't really know how that will work out and how much gets excreted during my voids. I've been starting my dilution at about 4 hours before the test for my practices. I've read in the manuel it's a DOT style test. Will def. post my results. Thanks

The regualrs here can tell you better than I. Ask those guys about SP and they will be straight with you.

LordLemon Reviewed by LordLemon on 03-30-2011. Sometimes I wonder....(test related) I'm a heavy smoker (average weed) who has been smoking for over 15 years. I weigh 160 and I'm 6ft high. I don't work out very much either. After smoking every single day for years, I drop clean after about 17 days of not smoking, every time I test (DOT). My issue is - and I know everyone is different - just how in the hell is it people can fail a test after 45 days? I've seen many posts of people claiming they drop dirty after 35 days ,45 days, etc. I wonder if these people are really Rating: 5
