Hot Shot Pyrethrins Fogger OK to use
That would'nt be a good Idea... Since Neem is an oil it won't act as water will. Meaning it won't evaporate. It would sufficate you new roots, if seedlings or cuttings are planted. Transplant into your new potting soil and SPRAY the top surface as well as the undersides of the leaves. In about a week spray again. But please don't try to use it when flowering.Neem is a maintenence tool. When used correctly it will ward off most pests.Even eradicate them!
