LEGAL OR NOT????
High All, I was wondering if anyone knows if it's legal for a card holder to "trade" mmj plants that are in vegitation stage with other card holders who are not patients, or care givers to you?

LEGAL OR NOT????
In Cali, yes. If both parties have a card, it is no different than exchanging tomato plants. If one person has meds and the other doesn't, the one without can compensate the one with by re-imbursing him for the time and materials used during the production of the crop. That is how excess bud gets into the clubs. It will be interesting to see what Co law says.

Legal? Who knows. If no money changes hands, and you're not running some kind of underground business, I don't think you have anything to worry about. If your "trades" are just thinly-veiled sales, you might have some trouble from the police if they get wind of the illicit business.

LEGAL OR NOT????
if you aren't trading cash, I think you have little to worry about as long as the other person has a dr. rec/card and your trade is within your count.
