Deige- thanks for the reply brother, no bad news on nebrasks is good news i guess.
I have read that real urine forms bacteria after a certain amount of time so now i have another question.
I live in Dallas and the collection place is in Dallas,being that the sample is going to be sent to the lab in nebraska, wouldnt it have bacteria growth by the time it gets there ?
If I used a 2-3 day old [clean]sample would bacteria growth even matter , they wouldnt know at collection time, right ?

sorry man, didnt mean to confuse.
I have QF as a back up, would rather use donor sample, but will probably have to use QF if the donor is not around at the time I get called .
basically I would like your opinion on both of my options
I'm really counting on QF, I'm sure it will pass, looking for reassurance

If you are going to use a friends clean sample then you will want to get it right before test time. Human urine starts to break down after 8 hours and will no longer be good. I would use the clean sample if you have access to it, this will eliminate any skepticism if you know its clean. If not, I'm sure that the QF will work fine. Practice maintaining temperature with the QF, it can be reheated over and over.
