Course of action
I know there is not timetable that anyone can give me so that's not what I'm looking for. Just what would be the best course of action if I want to have the best chance of passing a urine test for pre-employment screening.
I used to daily (not A LOT, like a little more than an 1/8th a week).
I stopped smoking for about a month, but two weeks ago I caved in a smoke a blunt of headies with two other people. My test would probably have to be next week. I've been doing a lot of cardio and eating healthy the last few days, and I'm 5'9 about 165.
what would be the best way? dilution method? should i even be this worried?QuickQ Reviewed by QuickQ on . Before taking any measures, pick up a home THC test and test yourself 3 days before the scheduled U/A. When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day.
If you test positive, then begin your creatine loading in preparation for the dilution method. Or find a clean sample or synthetic to use for subbing. For subbing tips, read up on the Substitution "sticky" thread. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

I actually went out and bought at at-home THC test before I read this. I have not yet used it, was planning on using it first thing tomorrow.
I also purchased B-Complex and Aspirin just in case it is positive.
Question if I would have to dilute..
According to the dilution sticky it says 10 times the daily recommended dosage. The recommended for the brand I bought was 1 pill. So I should be taking 10 pills of the complex? sounds like a lot. But I've never tried it before.

To clarify the B-complex I bought from the above post:
B1- 3mg 200 percent
B2 2mg 176 percent
Niacin 20mg 100 percent
B6 - 2 mg 100 percent
B12 5 mcg 100 percent

Skip the aspirin step because it is old tech. Back in the day, it was used as an interferant for only one type of test: the first-generation EMIT screen. Since then, a second-gen EMIT (aka EMIT II) was introduced to counter the interference issues caused by aspirin. As a result, the first-gen EMIT is seldom used anymore (if, at all).
The proper vitamin to use for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin). But keep in mind that creatinine and specific gravity checks have become SOP in recent years, making sample color the least aspect in determining an overly diluted sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still fall below acceptable limits for creatinine and SG, thus resulting in a "too-dilute" ruling. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

I'll update with my hometest after I take it tomorrow morning. But if it would be negative, should I still prepare? The test goes for 50 ng. But I know some labs test stricter than that
