Hope this is a good place to ask, you guy's have always come across as knowledgeable so I thought I might post my questions here

quit smoking just recently.. cold turkey after consuming about an ounce and a half over a month or two.. and its nearing on a month now with no recourse..
My motive was some serious anxiety, depression, and panic attacks that would hit whenever and quite frequently.. mostly later in the evening, This along with the need to start working told me it was time to take a break.

anyway, Like I said its been nearly a month now.. and the panic/anxiety has certainly lessened quite a bit. but I get headaches every now and again.

that wouldn't usually cause worry I'm sure.. but I've had maybe 3 minor headaches in my entire life before now.. and now they're fairly common..

I'll sum up my ramblings

After about a month, after showers I feel sort of stoned, I get headaches and panicky sometimes at nights, and get stuck worrying about ailments or death or anything really.. and I have no real reasons to.. Is the small amount of thc saved up in my fat cells to blame? exercise does the trick too sometimes.. Or is it all mental? I'm hoping this all clears up in another month or so.. because it gets to be pretty bad sometimes.. scary too.
