FIRST GROW LOG AND DWC

Here is a small few pic,s to keep a up date of how thing are going i think myself there getting a bit bigger. My cousin wants to do the same set up as me and i told him i would give him four clones to start him off. Dose any one have any info about topping Train Wreck dose it respond well to topping or would it be a disaster.:hippy:

Do you know any thing about topping Train Wreck as have four healthy one,s on the go and i want to help my cousin by given him a few clones to start him off.
i guess what i,m asking is does Train Wreck respond well to been topped.:rasta:

You can top TW no problem. As far as I know, all strains of cannabis respond to topping just fine. I don't quite understand why you have mentioned topping and cloning in the same question though.

You also mentioned that not many people seem to be growing TW. I have seen quite a few TW grow logs on here, use that search feature. I seem to recall that bigtopsfinn had a couple of really nice TW grow logs (not sure if I spelled the name right).

Nice one for the info bro and thank god for it as i already topped two last night and took clones from the side nodes of another two i have so hopefully every thing will be cool. To answer other Q i dont know if your replying to the Q i asked COOLWHIP or not but i have been asking and wondering about Train Wreck for a long time and was getting no info back until you so i just thought there must not be any one growing the Wreck around or lately. Another reason is i have been trying to get Train Wreck seeds from Green House for months with no success until this grow so i was thinking thats another reason why people arnt getting back to me about it. There's lots of folk that have grown TW,... I'm not one of them tho. I'm also not a Hydro grower, so I can't offer any input on that end..... so I opt to just keep my stupid mouth shut and read along for the most part.


As for wether or not your girls (hopefully) are F'd? Your picks kinda suck, they look like (Based on my soil growing experience) like your PH may be slightly off..... I've found with dealing with multiple strains, some like it a couple points higher,.... some a couple points lower...... that shit really makes a multi strain flowering room tough!!!!!

Other than that it's looking good for this early in the game!

I hope you have it under control though I kinda wanna see these Wrecks finish! How long did you Veg? I know From Seed 4-5 weeks is best. You will achieve a much higher yield but I have seen 1lb plants with 9 weeks of veg time... seems like a long time but DWC can make monsters that you only thought you could get outdoors with Time,skill,lighting,Nutes and Luck... My best is 4oz Indoor TLO(soil) no topping, no training... just Good soil with 6 week Veg...

Thanks for keeping a eye on the Log to be honest my Train Wreck grow so fast i cant even remember how long i vegged for. When i was using soil i new how long i vegged because i kept a diary and they seemed to take forever but now i,m using D,W,C they just exploded so i know they def were veg for at least over 6 weeks.

Never been a fan of removing fan leaves, the plant is using them to make it's food, even if it doesn't seem like it's getting any light.

Given that dense of canopy, I'd probably clear out the smaller nodes in the undergrowth and allow the plant to focus all it's energy on the top colas (notice I said nodes not leaves.) Just my :twocents:
