Regular bulbs don't provide the necessary spectrum of light required for plant growth. But most compact fluorescent bulbs come in "warm white" and "cool white".

Well i no this is prob a Stupid question, but im just curious as to what is the most least possible 'Lighting" that i can use,(im growing in a closet bye the way)and still have some kinda chane that it will be "Maybe" successful :( . i can get them to stay warm would that help any :confused: and maybe they can get some sun ligh, but not much.
