Ok, I need your help in undertanding this.... If the collective is not charging patients for meds and a percentage of the harvest is retained to pay bills, how exactly is the collective going to "pay bills"? Last I checked PG&E doesn't accept dried and cured Cannabis as payment.......

So who is going to pay for the percentage of the harvest that is retained???
