Usually most people I have seen use three different types of nutes and usually include foxfarm products or big bloom or something like that... *For use in SOIL*
I was wondering what nutes I should get? and what is the smalled size bottle of it I can get

let me give you a very interesting link that is a study on the various nutrient systems out there with a comparison between them all and why they do and do not work. It gets a little technical, but it is good reading and will definitely help you make up your mind which direction to go.

I usually don't reply to this type of question as I raise many eyebrows and often cause disagreements. Since you stated a soil grow......

I consider the potting mix my first fertilizer of choice. I use FF OF. I give no nutes to anything until 3-4 weeks into flower, just repot on a schedule as the new potting mix feeds the plant.

Now to change my pH a little, I use some Cal/Mag to lower my water pH to 6.5, this can be considered a nute. This could also be done with unsulphered molasses. I do start giving a molasses dose once per week in the last 5 weeks of flower, 1 tsp per gallon.

Lately I have been trying a product to add bulk, BloomBastic. In soil it is hot stuff and a 3 gallon pot should get 1 ml total, forever even. I give 2 doses of 0.5 ml over 2 weeks

Then to finish off the trichomes and drop all the nitrogen, I give Ultra Snowstorm in every other watering over the last 2 weeks, but waterings are more of a flush at this point. This causes the plant to get very yellow, very fast, as in the included photo of Poker Face.

As you can see the sun leaves have really yellowed, which is caused by a lockout with the high concentrations of potassium and phosphorus. The plant cannot utilize the nitrogen so it stops uptake (I think) and the signs of nitrogen deficiency are prevalent. (and if you didn't know, left over nitrogen tastes nasty and will never 'cure out' properly)

Not all plants respond the same to a given nute or additive. I have one plant that wants pH off 5.5 for incoming, others want the 6.5. Some can take the molasses, some are touchy about it.
