Does this look like calcium deficiency or maybe boron deficiency? Pics.
I noticed these spots on my leaves today, it must have developed in the last 24 hrs. I actually had this same problem on my last grow and it seemed to go away once I started using flowering nutes but I am nowhere near inducing flowering yet. The only thing I have been feeding it is Neptunes Harvest (2-3-1) every second or third watering. The strain is nirvana northern light. Lighting is 1 90 watt led + 2x42 watt cfl for some side lighting. Temperature is usually around 76 degrees. Soil is country cottage with around 20% perlite. I'd like to nip this problem in the butt before it gets worse so any advice is much appreciated.

Hard to say...if your not over watering. PH? not enough K? Could be a lot of things...try filling out the troubleshooting form...the more info the better we can help you! It's a sticky at the top of this section, just cut and paste and fill it out as best you can, we'll see what we can come up with.

I think you may be over watering them a little, or over feeding slightly, but dunno how tell you to ck with a soiless mix as I have no experience with that, unless it was DWC, and that's not a problem with DWC...it just sounds like a lot for so young a plant...it doesn't look very serious yet, so make a small adjustment and see how they react.

I think I will start by cutting the amount of water I give them by half. I don't think its the neptunes harvest, I have used it many times with no problems, it isn't even that strong. If I were over watering can that actually cause those spots? Is it from the stress or something.
Thanks for your help.

You are over watering and over fertilizing. I also would move to plastic pot on the repot down the road. Notice how the leaves are curling up on the edges....these are signs in my garden of 1) over watering and 2) lockout (caused by too much nute love) I was not clear on what the potting mix is .... a soil that is soil less. That would put you in hydro in my book, but what the heck. I only do soil, so I could be wrong.
To summarize: Overwatering and over fertilizing, causing mucho stress on this young indica.
Do not neglect checking the pH of the water you give.

Ya isn't that strange, potting soil that is soilless. Looks like any other potting soil I have used and the guy at the garden center said it was organic and that he recommended it. I will take your advice and repot down the road into a plastic container, but can I ask why? Just curious. Also I just realized my perlite has an NPK ratio of 0.04-0.01-0.06. Hopefully that is not contributing with my plants issues?
Thanks again.

Ya it is definitely a soilless mix. I just tested the ph with a soil tester and it was closer to 6.5-7.0. I will try to correct this problem asap.
