Looking for syringe filters and have a few questions. I see .45 and .2 micron. Do you get sterile? I assume yes. Main question, what material for the filter? PTFE? PVDF? Something else? lots of choices.
Also, When separating in the freezer, what vessel do you use? A beaker? a separator funnel?
Using a soxhlet extractor gets everything the ethanol will extract. However the chlorophyll and sugars cause problems later in process. Digestible medicine is goal, not smoking.
