    Yes yes yes... Charbud in the house!

    Nice to see you back m8. If they are all female, I would throw them into flower now. I tried vegging a bit longer on my seeded WR grow (Well it was more accidental tbh, never done from seed before) and I didnt get any more bud per watt than previous grows, the weed was just in smaller buds all over the plant and was a bitch to trim.

    Changing the subject slightly, I can see why you thought I was mad to smoke the triched up trim from my earlier grows. The trim from the WR I grew from seed went straight in the bin, no way I was smoking that! My earlier trim was sooo triched up, sweet and tasty, it was impossible to throw it away. I definitely prefer growing from cuttings, although I havn't given up on the greenhouse seeds WR yet.

    haha you and your trim..good to be back, i do tend to not come on the site unless i'm growing. What have you been up to recently ? Just been growing cloned WR ? and how come your prefer to grow from cuttings instead of seed ? you should get another grow log on the go, haven't seen one since your second grow or post a couple pics on here ...

    With the vegging i did it a lot longer than last time because my idea of lots of small plants didn't work out at all and the cream caramel would have definitely yielded loads more if it was bigger so that's what i'm going for this time, although i may have over done em a little bit, especially when you give them miracle grow they shoot up.

    Put them into flower today, one of my bulbs is making a buzzing noise..something broken ? And heres my feed chat from last grow which i loosely stuck to through my other grow and various problems.

    [attachment=o273720]

    i'm aware i made it with the stronger side of dosages put i plan to half them all. And do you think i should mix 2L of each one, then mix them together in a cup of equal proportions for each plant when feeding ? I'm also thinking to feed once every 3 waters so feed, plain, plain, feed.. think this wont ok ? more of certain ones and less of others? Any other suggestions or tweeks would be greatly appreciated as i really want this grow to go well in terms of nute burn and my ph levels which i should have all covered unlike previous times !

    One other thing i was thinking about today is when you flush do you use ph adjusted water ? because i use ph down to adjust it which i dont really want in the bud..

    Cloned WR under 2x250w CFL atm, but I have other varieties in the pipeline. If I can borrow a camera I will post up some pics just before I harvest my next plant (I am trying a continual harvest mini SOG atm).

    The reasons I prefer cuttings is because you know what you are going to get. The seeded WR and Powerplant varied massively in height, despite having identical food and vegging periods. The WR I am growing now is cloned and the plants form a really even canopy. Seeds also cost more than cuttings and you must know by now what a tight ass I am.

    It will be the ballast in the bulb, not sure if it is a sign of failing or not.

    The dosages listed look just fine to me. I went with the 3ml per litre on the boost because it costs so much. What bloom nutes are you using? Also what medium are you in?

    You have lost me there, not sure what you mean.

    I would go with feeding every watering. I did try 2 feeds then 1 water on my first grow, it did work just fine, I might try that again in the future.

    I PH adjust the water with PH down during the flush, I know you are not keen on the stuff, but I would use it if I were you.

    Sounds nice, id like to do continual harvests but growing in the loft makes it difficult with the temps and virtually no space! but ye try get your hands on a camera or stop being a stig and buy one !!

    Cutting makes sense now you said that. I've noticed that with my cream caramels, there's one which is perfect, all the branches equal length and completely symmetrical yet they don't all look like this..

    Well its actually miracle gro. Its a blue powder, a general NPK plant food. Should have bought specific nutes for veg but i only fed them twice so didn't really seem worth spending a tenner.

    Did drop it before i screwed it in, fire hazard if the ballast is dodgy ?

    Im using all Canna products so canna boost, i think you used it. I'm still growing in soil from b & q. I think its just a general potting compost stuff.

    In terms of nutes i mix all water in 2L plastic milk cartons. So i have 6 on the go at once. So i'd make one of them boost, one cannazym, etc. Then when im watering poor a little of each into a cup (around 300ml), say 200ml boost then 100ml cannazym then feed to each individual plant.

    Whats your experience with cannazym if you have used it ? Think it makes much of a difference ? Also my plants are in pretty small pots, considering they are now flowering and shouldnt stretch too much do you think they will be ok ? Im not a firm believer of things being root bound as ive seen those plants grown in party cups to about 30 cm tall and yield like 1/2 oz but could be wrong..

    I'll do that, handling acid isnt nice!!

    Cheers for the advice as well, always appreciated. Bit of the harvest could be sent your way in the post if you like, just in time for summer :rastasmoke:

    Probably not a fire hazard, might be worth asking a Q in the lighting section to ease your mind (I know you are uneasy with electrical stuff). Don't drop them bulbs though mate, that's one of my nightmare scenarios. If you break a cfl bulb over your plants, you would have to throw the whole lot away.

    So you are not using bloom nutes then, just relying on the nutes in the B&Q soil and the additives? I am surprised you have gone that route mate, lets hope it doesn't cause you any problems.

    Ahh right, I get you now. That seems complicated to me, I just mix it all together.

    I used the cannazyme but I don't know how much of a difference it makes. I am using a different brand of nutes atm (cos they were free) and I seem to be getting similar results. I am still using the canna nutes I bought for vegging though.

    Cannazyme > I am using this stuff which is similar > Dutch Pro Take Root
    Cannaboost > this stuff seems to do prettty much the same > Dutch Pro Explode
    Canna Hydro Flores > using this stuff instead > Dutch Pro Bloom

    I am also using smallish 10" pots, I have tried larger but it doesn't seem to increase yield. I have noticed that the plants in the smaller pots drink more though, which is counter intuitive (to me anyway) and in my last grow the 2 plants in the smaller pots grew the biggest and produced the most weed.

    Thanks for the offer but I'm good. I got 1 plant at 5.5 wks flower, 4 bonsai at 2.5weeks flower and 1 bonsai at 0.5 wks flower. My summer smoke is sorted.

    Its stopped buzzing now, maybe just warming up or something. Thats what some growers do to increase the weight of their plants, rub crushed glass into the buds, despicable people.

    I think you misunderstood, im using all the canna products but using the soil as the grow medium. Im going to be using cannazym, canna boost & pk 13/14 & maybe canna flush.

    10 inch is quite big compared to mine, mine are like 6-7 inches but they wouldnt fit in the trays if they were any bigger. And i have to agree with you that they drink more i have to water them every day but when i used bigger pots on my first grow i probably watered every 2 -3 days.

    Anyway heres a picture of all of em - Day 4 Flower

    [attachment=o273864]

    Going to use the third 125w as side lighting, just need to figure out where its going to fit first.
