Hey my pilgrem friend good to see yual still about. I be agreein do the 400w for 160 for now be a great start and equipment to fine tone yur skills as well as easier on the hydro bill as for lights MH lights are better for Veg and HPS better for flower but if yu can get the benifits of adding both i would as this be what i do run both HPS MH give the girls all the different light spectrums they be hankerin for.
