11. POINT OF SALE AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAPTURED DATA.
a. Data which is captured from licensee point of sale and video
surveillance systems shall be held in confidence by all employees
or representatives of the State Licensing Authority and the MMED,
and shall only be disclosed upon an administrative or law
enforcement request demonstrating that the information sought is
relevant and material to a legitimate regulatory or law enforcement
inquiry.
