I have 14 - 2wk old seedlings from two strains. Each strain has a mutant... All the other plants under the same care look pretty normal. Both of my mutants look like your plant. It's possible that's what is wrong with your plant.

If you have a mutant, I couldn't tell you how it will end up. But, I have two now so I'll know next time. imp:
