So I am on the hunt and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to looking for a rental home in South Lake Tahoe. I have heard that Coldwell Banker has you sign a document stating you will not cultivate 215. Anyone know of any 'friendly' property management companies in the area or at least ones that will not have me sign such a document? Otherwise, I suppose my best option is a private landlord on craigslist or in the newspaper? Which, by the way, appear to be few and far between.
