"First void of the day"

I drink a lot of fluids at night - water, protein shakes, coke zero, and consistently go to the toilet twice, sometimes even 3 times during the night. In light of this, when I get up in the morning and go, is this still considered "first void of the day"?

i would take the urine after the longest sleep time. say you wake up after 2hours twice and then 3hours, i would take it then
