I do everything wrong...LOL! I use MG soil, modified w/ perlite, dolomite lime, pure topsoil, and some vermiculite, ph'd to 6.8 and rarely MG veggin and MG bloomin, and always molasses... my entire 4'x5' grow room is lined with mirrors with a 400w switchable ballast w/ a small 4" fan..the fan does not cool the light, it's circulates air. Temp control is how far I open the door, and move a surfboard. I have a good temp and humidity combo unit with two temp probes one high, one low. 78F veg, 72F flower. I have a good ph meter and always have to adjust my water (I'm on a good well 7.3ph) down and I do that with natural lemon juice NOT from concentrate, 1 tablespoon brings a gallon down .5... I clone, w/rootone powder, from two identical moms, let root for 4 weeks under CFLs 368w 24/0 at a distance, veg 2-4 weeks at 24/0 400wMH, then flip to 12/12 400w HPS, until it's done...usually 10-11 weeks, cut, trim, dry 5 days, put in jars and burp for a few weeks then seal it and smoke it as I need it. I use the close trim for iso oil, and burn the rest. That's me, from start to finish! Two hit stuff and I always take 3 and then regret it. 1 hit stuff for most people. 40+ years smokin it daily. LOL! It wasn't always this good tho! I'm an anomaly. Everyone will tell you, it can't be done like this! I probably have $150 bucks tied up in the whole shebang, cuz the light was gifted to me by a fellow head.
