Height is not necessarily a good indicator...how many weeks old are they? Give em at least 3 weeks preferably 4 to get a good root system going...no roots=no buds, so don't rush it! Then you can put them under some powerful light at a distance, watch them, and move them ever closer...if it's 400w or better, 5 or 6 feet away initially, moving to 18" or so...ya gotta watch the plants and read them correctly to know exactly what they want...DP's are what they SHOULD look like at 3 weeks...he's a master tho! Beer cups, DP? LOL! Only the masters know for sure....Show him the finished buds in beer cups, DP!....Love that pic! LOL!
