This reminds me of a story I heard awhile back on the net. There were two neighbors that were having problems with each other. The one neighbor thought the others house was an eyesore. So he wrote the city and made the guy re-side his house. So forced, the neighbor willing said he would do it. Well this is what he did to the side of his house that faces the neighbors house that complained.
