turn the table on that bitch with some good old fashioned blackmail... tell her you dont think her behaviour has been acceptable considering the things you know about her, and the implications this could have for her job/record. Tell her she needs to mow your lawn every month until she moves out.

I did battle with the city and explained my situation. They understood. I asked them for records of reports in my house, and it turns out that my next door neighbor had been reporting us to the city. Later, we get a letter in the mail from her telling us to move away and that I don't know how to own a house. Since then, she had Rating: 5

p.s. how do i see the 'bad behaviour' that it says i have had in the past? Ive been through all my posts and none seem particularly contraversial... this one more than any i would have thought.
does this mean someone has made a complaint or something? I would hate to offend anyone.
