There really isn't a thing called potbound or rootbound. The roots will stop when they can't grow any more. But it's good to transplant anyway, it provides more oxygen when the soil is dry and more fert availability. When roots stop the plants growth will slow but that's to be expected. 25 liters is about 5 gallons which is adequate. Not sure why you think they need to be transplanted. Should be fine.

FIRST TIME GROWER ive got 4 cheese plants in 25litre pots 2 weeks into flowering and they have outgrown there pots again! this is the 3rd time ive re potted them and cannot put them into bigger pots as i havnt got the room this is my first grow and any advice would be great i don't want to loose them after iv'e come this far the roots are popping out the bottom of the pot is there anything i can wrap around the bottom of the pot with some soil in would this do the trick? or will they die? the next size pot is Rating: 5
