CHEESE PLANT POT BOUND PLEASE HELP!!! FIRST TIME GROWER
ive got 4 cheese plants in 25litre pots 2 weeks into flowering and they have outgrown there pots again! this is the 3rd time ive re potted them and cannot put them into bigger pots as i havnt got the room this is my first grow and any advice would be great i don't want to loose them after iv'e come this far the roots are popping out the bottom of the pot is there anything i can wrap around the bottom of the pot with some soil in would this do the trick? or will they die? the next size pot is 50litre and i can't go that big please please help!!!!

they(the roots)won't grow much during flowering. it's not a big deal.

thanks for your quick reply x so your saying i shouldnt worry only i am a keen gardener and in this case with normal plants i would repot asap as the plants usually die if you don't if roots are exposed i was going to put a few clay pebbles in a the bottom of the tray incase the roots get damaged also the bottom leaves are yellow only a few is that normal sorry to be a pain x

my WW plant strain loses yellow leaves constantly...no fan leaves, left at harvest...:thumbsup:

ive got mine under a 600 watt hps light have you any idea how much i should get off 1 plant? ive started seening the white hair today and i got well excited hey hey x

There really isn't a thing called potbound or rootbound. The roots will stop when they can't grow any more. But it's good to transplant anyway, it provides more oxygen when the soil is dry and more fert availability. When roots stop the plants growth will slow but that's to be expected. 25 liters is about 5 gallons which is adequate. Not sure why you think they need to be transplanted. Should be fine.
