new grower in washington state
I have a friend that has a green card and I want to grow 15 plants for her. Where can I find information on the legal issues. I have to convince the wife that this is legal and I won't go to prison. Her main concern is with taxes, but I said I am growing this for a patient and "donating" the crop. Where can I find information to convince the wife that this can be done legally? I have a space that is 10'x10' is this enough to grow 15 plants?
