having a problem with cloneing

So im having a problem cloning ive tried a few times now and its just not working out that great. So here my setup



with the same rubbermaid contairer ontop to make a dome. I put a air stone in the bottom with 4 holes with hydro cups. This is the first time im doing it with this setup.

temp 70-75f
humity 30%

please give me advice i hate taken cuttings from my plant and it not working
