Need advice on canna PK13/14 ?

I wanna use pk 13/14 ,But the instructions on how and when to use are crap!, Has anyone used it ? And if so how did you go about using it?

Im coming up to the fifth week of flowering now and ive read somwhere thats when to add? Im growing in soil :rasta:
