I use a 12 bulb Badboy in a 4 x 4 tent but only for veg cycle. There just isn't enough light penetration and intensity to satisfy me during flowering. They will grow and have red bulbs for flowering and you will have a decent grow but the results are dramatically different when I use my Quantum HID and the T-5. Don't get me wrong, I refuse to veg with anything other than my badboy. The temps stay low, low, low and the internodes are sooooo tight on the screen I use. It also saves a great deal on electricity. I veg for 8 weeks on a 4 x 4 and then flower for 8-10 depending on strain and usually pull 5 lbs. or close to it. For flowering though it is HID or nothing. If you do decide to go with the Badboy alone I recommend getting 8 6500 and 8 2100 and installing them every other. You will almost be forced to use a screen because of the light disperstion, because the plants will go vertical if not in a screen and you will loose a LOT of light. Good luck.
