some vveerry good suggestions here, i'd do a combo of all you can. Get some big buckets, and dunk the pots in mosquito dunks, and insecticidal soap. after a couple treatments of that, or in conjunction(but the sand might hinder results) and then use like state 1" or so of sand on top of the soil. Problem will be for sure solved if diligent.
Wav3F0rm Reviewed by Wav3F0rm on . coco vs. organic soil and the elimination of fungus gnats I have always used organic soil and had great results, however, I recently got fungus gnats from a clone and they have been giving me the major blues ever since! I finally decided to switch to coco. I spray AzaMax everytime I water and so far they are greatly reduced, but not gone. Will it take some time before the little sh-ts competely die off or will they live off of the moisture in the coco? They shouldn't have anything much to eat with coco so how are they still surviving and Rating: 5
