Triple Threat Spidermite Predators

Has anyone ever used these or heard about them?
I was just told about them by someone that just applied them. From what I understand they eat the harmful spidermites and don't leave webs. After all the harmful mites are gone the 'good guys' turn on each other as their food source.
Seems like a great natural approach.

What do they eat when they kill all the bad ones? Most mites suck the juices out of the leaves. I would be concerned here
