What's the deal with the Canadian Quick Fix?

Are there any other updates on the Canadian version failing?

I haven't heard of any lately.

I thought that the Canadian version solved the so called "non-protocols" that these states were doing to catch subbers.

The labs are testing for Uric acid so the Canadian version contains a package of Uric acid crystals that you add to the the Quick Fix before you pour your sample in the cup.

It started with Oregon when a lot of senior members on this forum said they were not following standard protocol. Then there was a story (you can google it yourself if you dont believe me) of failing for synthetic in Hawaii. WTF is up? Is synthetic still good everywhere except Oregon and Hawaii? Does the Canadian fix these extra steps these states are taking?

I haven't heard of anymore failing stories in Oregon or Hawaii for a while now. The forums have been rather slow since the they made the new changes.

I remember that before the Forums went off for a couple of days, there was a guy who I believe was named "MetroLabsSuck". I know that there has been some talk that Oregon and possibly Hawaii are not following protocol and testing for things not in Quick Fix 5.7 such as uric acid. The post said (and now I cant find it) that he knew that MetroLabs was testing for this and that he decided to use the Canadian version to bypass this and FAILED.
