It's all off-server, so you don't have any bandwidth or maintenance issues to deal with. 10-chatter room will run you $30 a month, witha $15 one-time setup fee, which isn't bad. I can almost guarantee that's less than the extra bandwidth would cost by hosting a VoIP chat here would be.
