Is there Anything you do like in SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL 5073?
(28) "Useable cannabis" means dried flowers of the Cannabis plant
5 having a THC concentration greater than three-tenths of one percent.
6 Useable cannabis excludes stems, stalks, leaves, seeds, and roots. For
7 purposes of this subsection, "dried" means containing less than fifteen
8 percent moisture content by weight. The term "useable cannabis" does
9 not include cannabis products.
It is about time "usable" does not include leaves and stems...I assume this counts for weight in the 24 ounces you would be allowed to have....hiamps Reviewed by hiamps on .
