Oregon Housing and Community Services HUD/Section 8 Contract Administration

I'm sure you're as good at researching as you are growing ;-) All signs point to NO, you may not cultivate or otherwise have Cannabis on HUD property. It's a federal program, administered by the states, however most states aren't likely to risk losing federal funds by supporting your STATE right to be a medical marijuana patient or grower.

I have been approved for HUD housing (disabled) in Oregon and am planning to move there. However, I found out within the last couple of days that HD does not allow medical cannabis grows or usage within any unit they subsidize. This presents me with a huge problem. I have all of my own equipment and close to 30 medical strains that I own. I could not wait around any longer for the idiots in my home Rating: 5
