I'm sure you're looking at this from a different angle, but this is what grabbed my eye KK. It depends on whether the disability is officially documented, and then again if it's protected under Section 504 laws. To my knowledge, none are treated with Cannabis, LEGALLY by federal law. As a state, Cali is much more liberal about their definitions of illness or disability, if you're talking Cannabis. In that case, ANYBODY can get a reco! I laugh, I am from Cali so I can!
