... As soon as I began reading about disabled people nationwide being evicted from HUD properties I knew I was screwed. Sometimes life just isn't fair but oh well. ...Peace
I'm sure you're looking at this from a different angle, but this is what grabbed my eye KK. It depends on whether the disability is officially documented, and then again if it's protected under Section 504 laws. To my knowledge, none are treated with Cannabis, LEGALLY by federal law. As a state, Cali is much more liberal about their definitions of illness or disability, if you're talking Cannabis. In that case, ANYBODY can get a reco! I laugh, I am from Cali so I can! Good luck with the business aspects of your venture there Sparky. Sounds like you're hedging your bets, I'm sure you'll land on your feet.

Hey EverybodyI have an issue here and was wondering if some people here might be able to offer some advice. I have been approved for HUD housing (disabled) in Oregon and am planning to move there. However, I found out within the last couple of days that HD does not allow medical cannabis grows or usage within any unit they subsidize. This presents me with a huge problem. I have all of my own equipment and close to 30 medical strains that I own. I could not wait around any longer for the idiots in my home
