Its safe to say 24-10-10 would burn them up. If thats what you wanna use, try under dosing...half the dose, or even quarter it!
But, by the way, (depending on the soil you're using) you shouldn't have to feed them just yet. Retaining water is a seedling's priority rather than growth, and good quality soils are designed for this.
Once you get to about 3/4 weeks, try giving them something subtle like tomato plant food at 5-2-5 (or something similar). Then you can go for something a bit higher in nutrient values with time if you really want to use the 24-10-10 stuff, but I personally wouldn't use that until the plant shows maturity.
