connecticut is trying again
I find it ridiculous that we're laying off teachers, drowning in debt and dealing with budget shortfalls when we spend an estimated $18,000 a year per inmate on prison system made up of 50% NON VIOLENT drug offenders. The part that truly baffles me, is how much money the GREEDY politicians are passing up on since they refuse to legalize and tax.
