im at about the same stage as you right now for some of my outdoor plants that im going to move outdoors once things finally get sunny. Also using flourescent lights and i can tell you one thing is that your gunna want the light to be as close as you can get it to the plant because when it gets too far you start to lose lumens fast. best of luck to you.
