True, but if it can help weed out males before you get em in flower it's worth it IMO. I'd rather not spend 2 months training a male for SCROG if I can tell its a male from week 2

Some experiments take longer to finish than others, is this particular one a PITA and would be even bigger PITA on a large scale? HELL F'N YEAH!!!! But if it proves even 85% accurate with 75% of strains wouldn't that be a good thing?

I have my doubts about any "early" sexing technique, even the "Female"/ "Feminized" seeds that I've got I don't flower until I'm SURE of the sex!
canniwhatsis Reviewed by canniwhatsis on . UPDATE to Early Female ID/Seed influence Well I have put about a year into these theories now. The one factor that does concern me is that this has not been tested on a large scale yet, maybe soon. I have found some species that do not show red at all in either male or female at any time. I have found that the round/oval seed bottoms is also not a for sure means of femininity. THEREFORE, I want to go on the record as stating that my theories are not 100%, they apparently are generalities that work with many species, but not Rating: 5
