you are right Dave, I workout 5-6 times a week 2 hours every workout, and I could not see myself lifting when I'm high...I too lose strength, I'd rather workout sober and relax when I smoke like you said.

I will say this though, everyone is different, my freind is a stoner and he can play basketball and conduct in sports better when he is high...I can't, I would lose concentration but for him it keeps him focused...I know another person who is like that as well...I guess it may work for some people.
