same here-I work out about 4-5 times a week, lifting and cardio, and have been for about 4-5 years (high school wrestling got me into it) but when I smoke, I lose all strength, and can't even do a pushup.

smoking is my time to chill and relax, I can't imagine going to the gym high to workout personally
