HELP! ASAP!

So basically first time grower. And what happend is I had my light way to low 8" off plants. I burnt my lefts, (yea i know plant abuse). Now I cut the leafs for regrow hoping the plant would come back which has not happen. I have a real nice stock and I can see new leafs being formed but I haven seen any life for about a week.

Patience...it may take another two weeks to recover after getting stressed as you did to it....shame, shame! LOL! Don't panic yet! They have sometimes amazing resiliency, and can bounce back from near death experiences...it just takes awhile. Use an accurate thermometer near the top of the plants and keep it there always, and one elsewhere in the room/space...two zone digital ones are only 8-10 bucks. They are well worth the money.

Ck the lighting section for charts about how close to put your light

brother my plants are just stocks i'd say i'd show you pictures but you get it. also my stock keeps growing its at almost 8 inchs. also how high should i have that light above my plant, i had it about a foot and i swiched it to about 2 feet?

Glad to help ease your mind a little....you are basically re-veggin a plant and sometimes it can take up to a month to get everything completely back in veggin mode...you may see some strange looking single or 3 bladed leaves while this happens also, they won't even resemble cannabis leaves!...it's normal...again, don't panic! This is a very stressful process for the plant to go thru, but they usually make it. You'll know when they get back to normal. Sorry, yes, two feet will be good....you have plenty of time to read and learn...make the best of it!

so for the time being should i water the stock? as well i bough a 16x magnifying glass and i was seening growth but yea it is very stress full. what should i be doing and what shouldnt i be doing

Yep, just water em as they need it...they won't use much until they get going again, but just keep them from starving and drying out and wait it out...LOL! As stressful as it is for you, imagine how the poor plants feel! "Dang...that jack tried to cook us and then chopped all our hair off...wtf? :wtf:"...LOL!

ok so ill use a simply spy bottle for the time being water once a day its just shitty because all four my clones are now burnt and i want to get a good yield

also i have a temp gage and its between 25-30 deg
low humtiy
and a TON of air flow like almost tooooo much
