A Growing Problem
Make sure to spray often. Place it under a humidity dome.
Does the clone have a developed root system or is it new? If it doesn't have a good root system yet then you could be loosing water from transpiration in the leaves.
Why 15 hours? Marijuana veg likes 18/6 or 24. Clones like more indirect light until their root system grows out. I run my lights 24 hours a day.
