    overwatered, now in trouble

I am new to this and last week I over watered a plant and now it is in pretty
bad shape. All the leaves have welted, but their are really bright green little
leaves or the start of flowering. the plant is in the second week of flowering
so i suspect the fresh bright green part is this. Anyways my question is how can i fix this? i have stopped watering and still continued with the light cycle
because the others are doing just fine in seperate containers.

There is no way you unwater.

Just leave them be and let them recover.

Apply a fan to the soil.

Add sand to the top of the soil with that much water you may start growing alga or fungal gnats.
