got offered a job without a drug test. should I worry

Hey guys. Thanks for all responding. I got the offer letter from them today and again it didn't mention a drug test, just employment verification and criminal record check. Do you guys have any recommendations which synthetic product to buy? Would it raise suspicion with them since it wouldn't be the right temp and wouldn't be bubbly? I really appreciate all your input, I've been a wreck about this

I use it medicinally for anxiety, insomnia, and stomach issues. Yesterday I was offered a job at a rehab facility doing drug screens but they never mentioned a drug test, just to come in for orientation monday and I am freaking out. I asked what orientation consisted of and again, no drug test was mentioned.
