I know Pennsylvania can take up to 2-3 months to run a person through a Grand Jury and they can hold off an indictment for 2 years. That''s why I say consult an attorney and don't come here for legal advice. That is what the smart people will tell you. gypski Reviewed by gypski on . Will I be charged? On 12-22-10 my gf called a mental health clinic and told them she was thinking of commiting suicide. They sent a officer to the house to pick her up. When i came home there were several officers searching the house. They told me they were making sure no one else was ther and found a grow. They took everything and I have not heard any thing since. Any one have an idea what could be going on or if they will charge me it has been over 8 weeks. Rating: 5
